Skrining Fungsi Hati melalui Pemeriksaan Enzim Transaminase pada Masyarakat Dewasa di Kelurahan Jelambar

Penyakit hati kronik merupakan salah satu penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas di Indonesia, dengan sirosis hepatik sebagai tahap akhir yang sering terlambat terdeteksi. Rendahnya akses terhadap pemeriksaan laboratorium dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap faktor risiko menjadikan deteksi dini masih terbatas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan skrining fungsi hati melalui pemeriksaan enzim transaminase pada masyarakat dewasa di Kelurahan Jelambar, Jakarta Barat, serta meningkatkan literasi kesehatan hepatik. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan promotif–preventif berbasis komunitas melalui edukasi kesehatan dan pemeriksaan kadar SGOT dan SGPT dengan analisis spektrofotometri. Sebanyak 46 partisipan berusia 20–63 tahun berpartisipasi secara sukarela. Hasil menunjukkan rerata kadar SGOT 26,46 ± 7,69 U/L dan SGPT 25,11 ± 6,3 U/L, dengan sebagian besar peserta memiliki nilai dalam batas normal, meskipun 17,4% menunjukkan peningkatan SGOT dan 2,2% peningkatan SGPT. Hasil ini mengindikasikan adanya sebagian kecil individu dengan potensi gangguan fungsi hati subklinis. Pelaksanaan skrining di tingkat komunitas terbukti efektif dan mudah diterapkan sebagai upaya deteksi dini sekaligus sarana edukatif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya menjaga kesehatan hati. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model replikasi program promotif–preventif dalam pengendalian penyakit hati kronik di tingkat layanan primer.
