Abstract

Sirosis hepatis merupakan salah satu penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas global yang sering berkembang secara asimtomatik dari gangguan hepatik ringan. Deteksi dini disfungsi hati melalui pemeriksaan enzim transaminase memiliki nilai strategis dalam mencegah progresivitas penyakit menuju sirosis dan komplikasi lanjutannya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran kesehatan hepatik melalui edukasi dan skrining enzim transaminase (SGOT dan SGPT) diKabupaten Lebak, Banten. Sebanyak 59 partisipan dewasa berpartisipasi secara sukarela. Pemeriksaan dilakukan dengan metode spektrofotometri enzimatik menggunakan sampel darah vena, disertai konseling mengenai gaya hidup sehat dan pencegahan faktor hepatotoksik. Hasil menunjukkan rerata kadar SGPT 31,1 ± 13,71 U/L dan SGOT 26,12 ± 10,78 U/L, dengan mayoritas partisipan (81,4%) berada dalam batas normal dan 18,6% menunjukkan peningkatan ringan. Perbedaan kadar transaminase antara jenis kelamin menunjukkan rerata lebih tinggi pada perempuan, sedangkan distribusi berdasarkan usia tidak memperlihatkan pola peningkatan bermakna. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pemeriksaan fungsi hati sederhana berbasis komunitas efektif sebagai strategi promotif–preventif, memberikan deteksi dini terhadap individu berisiko, serta meningkatkan literasi kesehatan masyarakat. Integrasi skrining transaminase dengan edukasi berbasis bukti diharapkan dapat menurunkan risiko sirosis hepatis dan memperkuat ketahanan kesehatan hepatik masyarakat secara berkelanjutan.
