Abstract

Obesitas merupakan salah satu faktor risiko utama berbagai penyakit tidak menular, termasuk diabetes melitus, hipertensi, dislipidemia, dan penyakit kardiovaskular, sehingga deteksi dini melalui pengukuran antropometri yang sederhana dan mudah diterapkan menjadi penting, terutama pada kelompok usia produktif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan melaksanakan deteksi dini obesitas melalui pengukuran indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dan lingkar pinggang pada civitas akademika Universitas Tarumanagara dalam Program Cek Kesehatan Gratis (CKG) Goes to Campus. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2026 menggunakan pendekatan Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) yang meliputi perencanaan, pengukuran antropometri sesuai prosedur operasional standar, evaluasi hasil, dan pemberian rekomendasi tindak lanjut bagi peserta dengan hasil di luar kategori normal. Sebanyak 591 peserta mengikuti kegiatan dengan rerata usia 29,17 ± 14,05 tahun dan mayoritas perempuan (60,1%). Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan 54 peserta (9,1%) mengalami gizi kurang, 190 peserta (32,1%) memiliki status gizi normal, 92 peserta (15,6%) tergolong gizi lebih, 163 peserta (27,6%) mengalami obesitas derajat 1, dan 92 peserta (15,6%) mengalami obesitas derajat 2, sementara obesitas sentral ditemukan pada 194 peserta (32,8%). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari dua pertiga peserta memiliki status gizi di luar kategori normal, dengan 43,2% mengalami obesitas. Skrining berbasis kampus memungkinkan identifikasi peserta dengan status gizi abnormal dan obesitas sentral yang berpotensi berkaitan dengan peningkatan risiko kardiometabolik serta menghasilkan data awal sebagai dasar perencanaan program kesehatan kampus, penguatan upaya promotif dan preventif, serta tindak lanjut bagi peserta dengan hasil pemeriksaan abnormal.
