Deteksi Dini Tingkat Depresi, Kecemasan, dan Stres melalui Pemeriksaan DASS-21 pada Masyarakat di Kelurahan Semanan

Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan komponen penting dalam kesehatan yang memengaruhi kualitas hidup, produktivitas, dan fungsi sosial individu. Tingginya prevalensi depresi dan gangguan kecemasan di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia, menunjukkan pentingnya upaya deteksi dini melalui kegiatan berbasis masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kondisi kesehatan mental masyarakat dewasa melalui skrining depresi, ansietas, dan stres menggunakan instrumen Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21). Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Semanan dengan melibatkan 155 peserta dewasa yang bersedia mengikuti skrining kesehatan mental. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner DASS-21 dan dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan kategori tingkat keparahan masing-masing domain. Rerata usia peserta adalah 46,49 ± 10,29 tahun dengan mayoritas berjenis kelamin perempuan (70,3%). Hasil skrining menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden berada pada kategori normal untuk depresi (98,1%), ansietas (90,3%), dan stres (98,7%). Pada domain depresi ditemukan 1,3% responden dengan depresi ringan dan 0,6% dengan depresi sedang. Pada domain ansietas, 4,5% responden mengalami ansietas ringan, 4,5% ansietas sedang, dan 0,6% ansietas berat. Sementara itu, stres ringan ditemukan pada 1,3% responden. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta memiliki kondisi kesehatan mental yang baik, meskipun masih terdapat sejumlah individu yang menunjukkan gejala psikologis dan memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut. Oleh karena itu, skrining dan edukasi kesehatan mental secara berkala perlu terus dilakukan sebagai upaya promotif dan preventif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis masyarakat.
